Terms of service

Replio is an AI receptionist and conversation intelligence platform. It is currently in early access. The assistant, dashboard, lead capture and summaries are working; the live WhatsApp connection is pending Meta approval.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and AI-generated replies may occasionally be inaccurate. You remain responsible for how your business communicates with its customers.

You sign up with your own credentials and are responsible for keeping them safe. You can invite teammates to your workspace and assign them roles.

You agree to provide accurate business information, since the assistant answers from what you enter. You are responsible for the replies sent to your customers and for complying with the policies of any messaging provider you connect, including Meta's WhatsApp Business policies.

You will not use Replio to send spam, unlawful, abusive or deceptive messages, or to process data you do not have the right to use.

No price is charged during early access. When paid plans are introduced, the pricing and cancellation terms will be shown here before you are charged.

Your data lives in your own workspace. You can clear your data from Settings and cancel your account at any time.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Replio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from replies generated by the assistant.
